Ignite: It's a reunion. It's a pageant, a spectacle, a blowout. It's hands-down the most wonder-filled Halloween party of the year.
This year, we'll not only be celebrating our 20th anniversary, we'll also be celebrating the founders and champions who have been pushing LGBTQ equality in Oregon forward for the last 20 years. As a part of the celebration, we will honor: Governor Kate Brown, ACLU of Oregon and Jeana Frazzini.
Plus, we're at a new venue—so come check out our new digs, run into some old friends and meet some new ones. This year's Ignite dance party, as always, will feature an expert DJ, dancing, a full bar sponsored by Absolut and spectacular costumes*. Come dance the night away.
If you have any questions about Ignite or would like to know more about sponsorship opportunities, please contact Celia Ferrer at celia@basicrights.org or 503-222-6151 x126.
ASL Interpretation available upon request. Please request before October 7, 2016 during the registration process.
*Halloween costumes encouraged
Basic Rights Oregon will ensure that all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer Oregonians experience equality by building a broad and inclusive politically powerful movement, shifting public opinion and achieving policy victories. We work fearlessly and tirelessly to build a strong, vibrant, powerful and progressive movement for LGBTQ equality.
